Big and clean rooms, food at the bar not the best to order, breakfast bot the best specially wen playing for it, I seen better breakfast at hotels that include breakfast than in this hotel

The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was beautiful and the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. It was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. I will be back here

The Michigan owned property was one of the best resorts that I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. Its location was stunning not to mention the staffs commitment to seeing to its success.

这酒店还不错，但绝不值我付的那个价钱。住了两晚花了将近4000块，这都赶上深圳或香港这些一线城市瑞吉酒店的价格了……酒店的花园和泳池区域确实很漂亮，但房间嘛……我觉得一晚200块我都嫌贵……太普通了。
一次愉快的住宿体验，非常放松，泳池也很棒。
泳池和房间都很漂亮，维护得也很好。可惜的是，服务糟糕透顶，餐厅的食物也不好吃。
前台那位女士极其粗鲁无礼。事实上，这是我们在哥斯达黎加遇到的第一个令人不快的人……不幸的是，我们不得不和她打交道好几次。每次她都和其他女士聊天，而我们却只能站在那里干等。然后，每次她一边接待我们，一边拿起电话打电话，而我们却只能眼巴巴地等着收据或其他东西……之后，她对我们态度非常恶劣，连我们问她东西在哪儿都不愿意给……我绝对不会再去那里，就为了不用再和那个令人不快的女人打交道！！！
我们还在几家餐厅尝试了几道菜，味道都很淡，火候也过头了，摆盘也很奇怪。而且，这些餐厅肯定是把所有差评都删掉了，现在只剩下寥寥几条评论了……
由于哈科发生泥石流，道路被阻断，我无法入住房间！而且这家酒店拒绝让我们退房或退款。真是糟糕的体验。
