The hotel was super comfortable and got some great rest. Definitely a great hotel to stay in for a weekend getaway

The bartender and check in people were so friendly and helpful. I cant wait until renovations are done so I can come back

Room had dead bugs all over the AC upon check in and the hotel staff knew and still gave me the room. They also have cockroaches. The fire alarm went off at 4:50am for 20 minutes causing all the guests to go downstairs and the hotel staff was nowhere to be found, never acknowledged it or apologized either.

Room was clean. However, the alarm went off Saturday morning around 5:00am and we didn’t received any notice. Some guy that drives the airport transport said, ‘something on the elevator caused the fire alarm’ and that ‘ it did its job’. No apologies for the inconvenience! Staff were low working the restaurant, which is overpriced.

Hotel Preston charged my card $193.00 when the room was paid a month in advance. It was an unauthorized charge. The female manager T.S. stated that it would be refunded . The male manager M.B. said that he reversed it even though the first manager said it was done . They pulled it fast but it’s taking forever for me to receive it . There was hair on all the bath towels. Lady Bugs flying around the room. The hallway has a bad smell plus it’s under construction . Do not book with this company.

Everything was off. We went for our honeymoon and the hotel was under construction. So wakeing up to noise early mornings no room service smells bad. 100 as check in and did have but one ittybitty trash can in hotel needed toilet paper only one role toilet paper had two bottle waters in room one looked used no vending machine or ice machine on our level due to construction if would have know about the construction we would’ve paid lower at another hotel but instead we get a hotel that we paid good money for just to get really bad service and bad experience over all. For what we paid we should’ve either been forewarned about the construction or a better price for staying. Extremely upset with how this stay went. Specially with it being mine and my husband honeymoon
