When I first walked into my room, there was a really strong odor that I didn’t like. There were numerous times where I felt like I was in an unsafe environment because it sounded like someone kept on trying to open my door outside during the night. My sleep was disturbed due to a couple of people laughing loudly and making noise (not sure from hallway or the floor above us) at 3am in the morning. Overall, not a good experience.

Bfast is so limited.. its a grab and go, so if your expecting something warm other than coffee.. then this is not your bfast. The staff is ok.

Always a good stay
Always a good stay. I love the fast check in and never seen to have any issues when I stay here. Rooms are clean and I love the kitchenette.

We found two cockroaches in the kitchen. But the staff were very kindly and respectful. Also, in the room kitchen, it smells like curry.

The room had not been properly checked by staff. There was no shower curtain and no soap in the bathroom. Talked to the staff, they offered me a shower curtain to put up myself, said there was no staff to install it. The window curtains came together but did not overlap to keep out light at night. I will not use them again, I will not recommend them.

I would like to say it was ok however never got to use the tv it did not work I told you man at front desk nothing was done. They advertise breakfast to go 6am to 9am both days I went out at 7am before heading for work nothing there. I spoke with young lady at front desk and she said oh we ran out. I said both days? Come on really within an hour? I felt like they just didn't care. I would of liked some sort of refund for no tv use during my stay and for the breakfast.

Beds were hard as rocks, we weren't able to get clean towel even when we're were told if we brought the old ones down we could get new ones. The elevator was broken and according to another people staying has been down 3 times in as many weeks. Internet seemed to have a fee in order to gain access. Rooms smelt funky.

The place is very rundown. Rooms are shabby. In the kitchenette, the stove and microwave were not working. Kitchen utensils listed in the advertisement were limited. The noise from the adjacent rooms was unbearable. Called the front desk for assistance with the noise multiple times, only to have the “party” restart 5-10 minutes later with additional banging on the walls thrown in for “special effects”. The front desk was unattended during our check out, so ended up just leaving the key card on the desk and praying for the best. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel!
