Had to come twice due to loss of my sister. Service has been great. Everybody was friendly very clean. Parking was very convenient.

The beds are too soft, the hot water for tea close to the front desk was not hot at all. Other than these, our stay was all right.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi and TV were great. Pet friendly was a major plus. 2 negatives: the refrigerator was leaking water (we reported to the staff and they gave us some points to use on another booking; the conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty.

Upon our arrival at the property, we were properly greeted by friendly staff. After checking in we entered the room that had a terrible scent, but tried to ignore it. I noticed the bedding was filthy and when we removed the covers lashes and hair was on the sheet. I immediately contacted front desk who changed our room and offered a discounted rate that was never honored. Two days after we moved into the other room, we returned from breakfast to a big roach crawling by the door inside the room. My son kicked it out where it landed in the hallway. I immediately went downstairs, as we were headed out, and notified the agent so it can be removed. We returned several hours later and the insect was still in the same spot even though housekeeping had made its rounds. Again I called the front desk and asked to speak to a manager who argued with me that it wasn’t a roach, but a water bug. After checking out I followed up on the rate reduction, only to learn that it was never implemented. Although I never asked for this, it was offered to me and I expected the hotel to honor its commitment and that never happened. The staff was friendly and breakfast area clean with a nice variety. I have mixed reviews about the property because on the outside it was clean, however, the experiences once we got in the room was less desirable. I don’t think housekeeping is thorough with cleaning the rooms.

Very understaffed when there was a big event. Couldn’t even check in until 5:30pm, then rude because we took a bit longer to check out, only get the room 18hrs and paid for 24. And about $80 more than others in the area. I won’t ever be back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good spread of different breakfast items ranging from cold cereal to waffles to scrambled eggs (sometimes cheese omelettes). It’s in a decent area near some fast food restaurants as well for a quick bite if needed. This was my second time staying here and I’d make it a third time if I can afford it for my next travel to the area

Everything was newly renovated and fresh. Only a couple of areas left to finish, but didn’t affect where I was staying. Overall a very nice visit
