Rooms could be cleaner. Bother times I approached staff at the desk it was like I was disrupting their personal calls. Maintenance needs to address paint around the shower and ceiling stains.

Terrible hospitality

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in no breakfast they didn’t even have coffee in the morning because they say only 5 rooms was occupied they do breakfast but not even coffee most hotels have coffee no matter what time of day it host sleeping and drink at the counter

Received wrong room type and bathroom was dirty

Checked in late driving with two young kids

Paid for 2 queens and only received one bed

Hair in the bathroom and bathrltub

Mediocre

Upon entering my room the air conditioner was turned on to high fan but the room felt like it east least 100 degrees. Turning it to high cool did not seem to make a difference after several minutes so we requested a new room which accomidated us much better. In the new room the toilet had hair on which I had to clean before use but everything else seemed fairly clean.

Breakfast ran from 6 to 9 am so we arrived at 8am the first morning and the only thing left was sausages. We arrived the next morning for breaskfast at 7am and found there was no meat at all, the potatoes were undercooked, the buscuits and gravy lacked meat and taste but ther eggs and cheese were great.

The lady checking us in was rude and very slow. Then in the morning for breakfast there were no bowls and again same lady was there and did not look up to acknowledge my wife who asked about a bowl for cereal. She snapped to use a cup. Then we tried a French toast stick which was both cold and stale. Cereal was stale as well. Worst hotel experience in over 15 years! Do not book here. There also was a very loud morning train 8AM. ( I suppose this was not controllable.) Homewood suites used dishes and silverwear. Waffle machine not working or supplied. We will never stay at a Baymont by Wyndham again. Good luck as this was in Augusta Georgia.
