Booked online and approved. Gave them card at check in and declined. FD attendant could not fix it. Booked another rez at the property so I could get a room. Hopefully not 2 charges. If so I will be contacting you.

Never made it to a room. Window tapped and place looked and smelled horrible in the lobby

The person at the desk was by herself and was taking care of other things so i waited in the empty office for 15 mins to check in before she showed up.
They were selling ***** on the balcony above the office
There were only 2 towels in the room. and no wash cloths.
fortunately, it was just a quick stop over for us, but we would not stay there again

room was fine, good heat/air. Toilet was running. We let them know when we checked out
总体来说还不错，尤其是早餐比其他旅馆的要好。
我入住的时候，等了20分钟前台才有人过来。房门也很难锁上，有点问题。说实话，住在这里我感觉不太安全。
清洁工作非常糟糕，床闻起来很难闻，床单很脏，状况非常糟糕。
