The room was clean & nice. When I asked for a blanket for the bed, they said ‘sure’ and provided one right away. I get really cold due to blood thinners, so that was a big deal for me. Everything was clean & all the staff was nice - the cleaning lady we passed in the hall even wished us a good day.
Your hotel is the kind of place I really appreciate when we need a place to stay. Not all hotels are clean, nor are all staff helpful. I should note here that I booked this stay through *******, which has caused friction with other hotel staff. One such hotel’s staff were unhappy with guests that booked through ******* due to them receiving a reduced rate for the rooms - yes, they told us that. That type of thing should never be cause to treat the hotel guest differently. It should have been handled between the hotel & *******. That’s the reason I’m especially happy that the staff at your hotel offered excellent customer service.
So thank you very much for providing a great place to stay and staff that was very willing to help.

We drove 3+ hours to attend a funeral and they were so kind to let us check in early so we could shower and change clothes.

Very nice hotel.
This was a very nice hotel, but we were bummed that the pool wqsnt working. My kids were really looking forward to that.

Great experience to accommodate our friends
Fantastic people working the front desk, allowing our group to hang out in the lobby area as we were there for a funeral and had several friends we had not seen for years! Thank you for your hospitality!
