We spent the night on our road trip to Zion. Nice area, clean and comfy, well maintained and friendly staff. Good breakfast too.

Disappointed
We requested a top floor and instead received a bottom handicapped room. The room is very close to a side entrance. Here's the big problem, if you use cart for luggage there's no ramp. Also the bench and chair look like they was purchased at a garage sale. There were only two shower towels in the bathroom and the coffee in the lobby was luke warm at best. We chose the Hampton Inn because we stayed here last year and were very happy. We even recommended our daughter staying here. Yes, they were pleased.

This hotel has friendly and helpful staff. I would rate it highly except for their beds! The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable, neither my husband or I slept well which is a bummer because the rest of the hotel was great. We most likely wouldn’t stay here again because of the uncomfortable mattresses.

Superior Service
Christie at the front desk was amazing. We were in town for a funeral and she was able to make some changes and put our two groups in rooms close to each other, which made it easier to help with little kids. She extended our check out time so that children who didn’t want to attend the funeral could be in a safe, comfortable place. Christie showed amazing compassion and generosity for our difficult situation.

Looking forward to visiting again
Everyone was so friendly, and the room was so clean. It was a treat to stay there. I would have given it 5 stars, but the rooms were not very soundproofed. A noise cancellation app on the phone helped with that, though. Also, there was a weird layer of something in the pool that made us not want to swim. Overall this was a great experience though. Very restful.

The area near SLC is great for getting out of the higher parts of the city. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by with less traffic. Lagoon right next door! The hotel was clean and easy to access. 10/10 will stay here again.

The rooms and all properties were clean and well taken care of. All the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The shuttle was great. Having the room cleaned everyday was great. A huge shout out to Lisa at the fron desk. The only thing we weren't really impressed with was the breakfast. Fresh fruit was good. The hot items not so much
