Check in was good, friendly staff. Room looks good, AC works well, but found hair in the shower, the metal bedframe sideboard is strange and you bang it with your foot every time you get in bed (CLANG), plus makes a squeaky sound when you roll over. Could hear next door neighbors talking as if the adjoining door was open. (it wasn't) Good shopping and restaurants nearby.

Staff and rooms were great. We were in a room near an exit and every time someone opened the door, it made a loud whistle. Pretty annoying but other than that, great room and price.

The staff were so very pleasant and helpful from check in to checkout-- quick efficient helpful and patient with any questions we had. The young woman at the breakfast offering was beyond helpful as I was confused with the waffle maker -- she could se my confusion and rushed right over and did it for me-- as well as the woman waiting after me-- she did hers also -- she was busying about and helping and making sure all was well -- special kudos to her-- I'm so sorry I don't have her name -- it was the morning of the 26th about 8:30 AM??

The person at check in was friendly and polite. He also offered to help me with the tv because he said it was complicated. My room was what was once 2 rooms, I think in the old Rodeway motel. It was big, and was a suite. I used the bathroom and started looking around-I saw that Iit wasn’t very clean. Then I noticed stuff on the floor of the room, and it obviously hadn’t been swept or mopped. My room was on street level, and had been renovated, but I didn’t feel secure, and the area was sketchy. I took all of my things out of the room, and left. Even though it cost me a one night charge, I went with my gut, which told me “nope”.

Comfortable bed with fridge and microwave. New hairdryer and bathroom mirror. Some dust bunnies on the walls, thin towels with stains . Very loud from neighboring rooms/slamming doors in the middle of the night.

The property is only average, the breakfast is very limited and the amenities are below expectations. If I had to do it again I would spend a few more dollars and book a better property.

Do not recommend, the manager was very rude. Told us we could not stay here with our kids. Weird symbols on some of the doors in red- as a woman with kids this was a red flag. Sounded like an exorcist was happening in one of the rooms. Manager did not seem worried at all. Beds are on metal frames, smelt like cheap purple fabuloso. Which to me they’re just trying to make it smell like it’s clean rather than taking the time to properly clean
