I asked for one extra wash cloth since they only put one on the bathroom and for someone to adjust the thermostat because the room was freezing. No one ever came. It was okay since I was only staying for one night.

The hotel is nice and is clean, accessible, clean rooms. It was about 30 minutes and easy to get to from the airport. The hotel is off of a main street with stores and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a shopping plaza and Walmart that you can walk to from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We asked for restaurant recommendations and they gave us a few. Getting to the beaches was easy by uber, most local beaches was about 30 minutes or less depending on traffic. Same for getting to old San Juan area to explore. I would recommend this hotel as a first time visitor, especially if being right on the beach is not a high priority.

很遗憾，床罩都是皱巴巴的显然没有换。一晚上只好睡在被子上。早餐也很糟糕。交通更是不方便。
我们住得很愉快。房间非常干净，工作人员非常友好。我们很快就会再来。
