Staff was great. The rooms are rusted and it shows some of the handles seem very loose but fun experience.

Room very noisey but was provided with ear plugs. Historic building, interesting water shed. Would recommend. Enjoyed our stay at the stockyards

This is an historic hotel, and can appreciate that. But, the carpet in the rooms is way overdue for replacement. Lighting is low, so rather dark. I could see completely under the door to the adjoining room. There was a pipe coming through the shower that dripped water from up above somewhere. I had called ahead asking if there were a couple amenities, the front desk staff said "yes", but when I got there they "did not" have those. The price was reasonable, especially compared to the surrounding hotels for that area. But the location was exactly what I had wanted. The front desk staff was "so-so". They were young.

The room was good for the old decore and theam of the old west. Lamp shades were cracked and broken. Carpet was stained and dirty. Toilet flush would not stop unless you reset handle. Very dusty. Bed was okay. Sheets and pillows were clean and fresh. The staff was very helpful and gave great tips and advice on things to do.

当我们进入房间时，我看到两张双人床，所以我们又下楼去告知他们我们是不是走错房间了。前台工作人员告诉我们没有走错房间，于是我给他看了我预订的是一张特大号床。他看了一下，然后说“有人在某个时候修改了预订”，把我们的特大号床降级成了两张双人床。我问是否还有其他带特大号床或大号床的房间，他说酒店已经全部订满了。当我问我们是不是被降级了，以便他们可以向其他客人收取更高的价格入住我们的房间时，前台工作人员没有回应。
这次房间意外降级让我觉得酒店管理层/老板很贪婪。至于被降级的房间，它没有外窗，灯具昏暗且缺少灯泡，也没有现代化的设施。总的来说，我们通常都比较随和，所以这些原本不会是决定性因素，但浴室不行。淋浴排水不畅，浴室里有下水道的味道（可能是因为管道太旧了），但这勉强还能接受。真正的问题是浴室地板。地板踩上去有明显的黏腻感，所以我们擦了一下，结果擦出来的是黑色的。我会上传一些照片，展示用毛巾擦拭后的脏污。我们铺了一条毯子，并穿着鞋子完成了住宿。房间的某些部分看起来很干净，另一些则不然。我们睡在双人床的床单上面，非常失望地离开了。
代客泊车服务的工作人员非常友善和乐于助人。提醒一下，如果你住在这里，代客泊车是强制性的。费用是28美元外加小费。否则，你必须支付35美元在街对面的停车场过夜，而且那里没有安保。
酒店位置很好，离活动场地近，但随之而来的是彻夜派对的喧嚣和呼啸而过的汽车声；这并不是抱怨，只是提醒一下，酒店确实提供了耳塞。
房间不是很干净；我的鞋子粘在地砖上，走起来吱吱作响，地毯上也有污渍（我上下床时都得穿脱袜子）。马桶堵了，但他们很快就修好了，这一点很好。房间里的电话没有拨号音，也无法使用。淋浴时浴缸会积水，我不得不时开时关水龙头，以免水溢出来，这真的超级烦人。如果房间每晚只收100美元，所有这些都还可以接受，但这次住宿每晚将近600美元，即使有那种很酷的“老时光”感觉，也完全不值这个价。我每年都会在这个区域住好几次，但以后不会再住这家酒店了，也不会向别人推荐。
