For the price per night, this was an unpleasant hotel experience. The door to our room would not close without slamming it. The patio door was unlocked & would not lock. My husband actually fixed it himself. There was a brown water stain in the bathtub. The microwave in the room did not function properly. I was very disappointed in the property because I’ve stayed in many other Comfort Suites properties before and this was, by far, the worst. The staff was courteous enough, and the breakfast was adequate, but we definitely could have had a much better lodging experience for the money we paid. Never again.

Business friendly, but wish there was work friendly area to work in the lobby with electrical and USB outlets. My room had it, so that was great.

Not a great stay. Did no bring fresh linens or tidy up the room, coffee maker was broken, extremely noisy due to remodeling, limited breakfast foods and beverages. One person has to work the whole front area, breakfast, and customers call.

For a little over $200 a night, I expected at least a clean room and a functioning door. Instead, I got a balcony with a missing handle, a door that fought me every inch to open, and traffic noise so loud it felt like we were sleeping on the side of the highway. The bed was maybe two feet from it, so no chance of pretending it was “ambient city sounds.”
The carpet was filthy, the walls had something that looked suspiciously like dried blood, and the stairs outside were so rusted I half expected them to collapse. The whole place felt tired, neglected, and over it….kind of like me by checkout time.
If you’re looking for comfort, this isn’t it. Comfort Inn can definitely do better than this.

We had a wait a while to check in due to the front desk employee sitting in the back at 3:40PM. There was of line of guest that were waiting, not a good idea to disappear 40 minutes after checkin starts.
You can tell they are trying to update the rooms, but the craftsmanship and execution is laughable.
Our TV would not turn on and we could not even check to ensure it was properly plugged in because they screwed a decorative panel over the plug and tv mount on the wall.
The breakfast, they could not keep up and food kept running out. The scrambled eggs had a gritty texture.
It’s unfortunate because this place has a lot of potential especially with the courtyard pool area… I just believe it is missed managed/lack of funding.

Was not allowed to check in due to over booking had to for a claim with the bank to get a refund and forced to drive 2 hrs at midnight
