We understand the outdoor pool was a key reason for choosing our property, especially given the extreme heat, and it's incredibly disappointing that we couldn’t provide that experience.The pool had to be closed due to it not being cleaned properly, and while the decision was made to ensure guest safety, we recognize the frustration this caused.
