No tv director. Very cold feeling when I entered room. I asked for my receipt and was told it would be emailed. Office was not inviting I really didn’t feel welcomed.

The rooms were clean, clean linens, made beds and clean towels without asking each day. Customer service was very good. Quiet and felt safe in the area. Good pricing.

Property was piled up with equipment, could be from renovation, IDK. Room was clean, tv service bare minimum. Only one set of stairs for each side. A lot of walking, carrying luggage. Can't beat the price, though.

Room appeared clean enough , but smelled stale. Booking site said it had coffee pot and blow dryer and it had neither. When I asked at the front desk he just shrugged and walked away. Site said there was one room left , but the facility was half empty. It appeared that they rented a lot of weekly and monthly with a lot of personal property sitting outside of rooms. Definitely will not be back.

Walked in the room, turned around and left. Tried being polite but the theif ar the desk charged me for 1 night.

Do not stay at this shady hotel they will charge you for bs charges after you leave. Dirty shady hotel

I inadvertently made the booking when searching for Jasper Canada.
I cancelled the booking within 10 minutes when entering the address in my diary and realising I had booked the USA.
No refund do what a poor response.
Told hotel makes the decision, just hope they get the money

Was told I got the last non smoking room on ground floor. I am disabled. The place was mostly empty all 3 days. I walked around and there were numerous empty non smoking rooms on ground floor. It appeared people apparently lived there. (Not company day laborers). It was a “smoking room” by the mark by the door. Two roaches in room first day. Sheets and towels were so old and pre stained with cigarette burns. Also parked street side and VERY noisy! AC did “something” but was not at all accurate and sounded a if it might blow up. Chain lock missing. Dead bolt there lol. No coffee in room, not coffee period? Just bizarre. I went to Walmart and bought a sheet, a towel and a pillow and case. Somebody DID service the room all 3 days which I appreciated but those towels & the rest. The husband wanted me to re locate but I had prepaid. I thought I took photos but apparently forgot. I left early for work and tried to spend as little time as possible there.
