I always stay at this location. This time I was told I didn’t have a room after reserving and paying for the room days prior to me arriving. I also called the hotel after reserving the room to make sure my room was reserved. I was given a room that smelled like cigarette smoke and I saw two roaches. Also no microwave was in the kitchen. I discovered this after purchasing food that needed warming up. Thumb Down.

Its an ok property. You get what you pay for. I do wish the hallways did not smell. The front desk person on Sunday was very sweet and nice. She is great.

There was nothing I like about the hotel the staff are very unprofessional and rude they advertise FREE WiFi when you really have to pay for WiFi they offer grab and go breakfast it only have coffee they claim the accommodate big family when they don’t all around RED FLAG

If you book multiple nights via 3rd party (Danny) charges you extra for the hours between 11am-3pm checking in time. The bed sheets were dirty. There was also used cups in the freezer.

This was the most disgusting hotel I believe I’ve ever seen. When I arrived, a smoke alarm was going off on the top floor with the window open and people talking very loud from the room. When I got inside, there were two children playing in the hallway at almost 11 PM unsupervised. The walls looked very greasy and hallways appeared dim. The odor was also unpleasant. My spouse and I never even opened the door to the room we booked just based on how disgusting everything was that we had experienced. I was told by the desk clerk that I would receive a refund and, as of now, I still do not have one.

This property is poorly maintained and the area was surrounded by homeless people who made me feel uncomfortable.
The photos are not representative of the property and neighborhood area. I cancelled the other 3 nights and went elsewhere.
