Everything was good, no problems with 1 exception being the light was out in the room we were in. Other than that perfect?

I was really disappointed with my stay here. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 p.m., but I arrived around 4 and was told the room still wasn’t ready. There were several other guests waiting too. Staff explained that none of housekeeping had shown up that day and managers were cleaning the rooms themselves. I understand that things happen, but being that this particular weekend was bike week.. I feel they should have had a back up plan. There didn’t seem like there was one in place . My room wasn’t ready until almost 7 p.m., so we ended up waiting in the parking lot for hours with my 2 small dogs.
While waiting, I noticed the parking lot area had a section full of trash, where the trees were which didn’t leave a great impression. Inside, the hallways smelled very humid and stuffy.
Once I finally got into my studio room, I realized there were no utensils or plates in the kitchen. I had to go to the front desk and request them. Overall, the experience felt very disorganized. The long wait, the lack of preparation, and the condition of the property made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.

I always stay at this location. This time I was told I didn’t have a room after reserving and paying for the room days prior to me arriving. I also called the hotel after reserving the room to make sure my room was reserved. I was given a room that smelled like cigarette smoke and I saw two roaches. Also no microwave was in the kitchen. I discovered this after purchasing food that needed warming up. Thumb Down.

Its an ok property. You get what you pay for. I do wish the hallways did not smell. The front desk person on Sunday was very sweet and nice. She is great.

There was nothing I like about the hotel the staff are very unprofessional and rude they advertise FREE WiFi when you really have to pay for WiFi they offer grab and go breakfast it only have coffee they claim the accommodate big family when they don’t all around RED FLAG

If you book multiple nights via 3rd party (Danny) charges you extra for the hours between 11am-3pm checking in time. The bed sheets were dirty. There was also used cups in the freezer.
