In town for some family issues and stayed at the Country Inn for 3 nights. Got a good rate, nice clean room, comfortable bed, everything well maintained, above average breakfast, and extremely friendly staff. Location is neat Route 15, with easy access to Gettysburg.

I rate this hotel this because during my stay on the last day I was laying in bed when a woman walked in without knocking or noticing the door not disturb sign on my door. As soon as I tried walking to the door to confront her she quickly ran away, I put my shoes on and walked to the front to ask what she ran away for. Didn’t talk to her but I did Speak with a manager. I didn’t receive an explanation. I got back to my room where then they came back to knock on my door to explain why she walked away without giving an explanation. They claimed the room was “vacant” and that it was only suppose to be booked for two days, I clearly had the do not disturb sign on the door as I remember seeing it on it before going to bed. They also stated that they tried calling me for the past days but didn’t hear the phone until they called for the first time after they came. Other notes is my microwave didn’t work, my tv didn’t have a stand, and the water felt slimy on my skin.

酒店回复: Thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We'd like to clarify a few points regarding your stay. Our housekeeping staff entered your room after the scheduled noon checkout time, as your reservation had not been extended. As such, the room was considered vacant, regardless of a "Do Not Disturb" sign. We were not notified of any issues with the microwave during your stay; had we been, we would have promptly addressed it. The television in your suite is placed on a dresser, which serves as a stand. Furthermore, the water at our hotel is regularly tested by the local municipal authority and is deemed safe for drinking and bathing. We value all guest feedback as it helps us improve our service.

Needs serious upgrades. Carpet dirty, tub black stains and gray color on tub bottom from poor drainage. Overpriced for poor condition.

We stayed at this Country Inn and Suites years ago and decided to come again. The room was roomy with two queen beds and a sitting area. The hallways were in the process of getting speckled for painting - the effect was not welcoming. Made the hotel seem rundown. The breakfast was good especially since it was included in the cost. They had a good variety of breakfast foods and seem well supplied. One big disappointment was there were no cookies - they still had tea but no cookies. When asked about the cookies we were told they only serve them during the week. My thought to that was the rates are up for the weekend and you can’t afford to supply cookies. No pens and paper in the room either. It’s the little things that make a difference. All in all an ok stay.

酒店回复: Thank you for choosing to stay with us again and for your thoughtful review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the spaciousness of your room and the complimentary breakfast with its good variety of options. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing painting in our hallways. We are working hard to refresh our hotel and appreciate your understanding during this process. We also regret that we were unable to provide cookies during your weekend stay. We understand that these small touches can make a big difference, and we will take your feedback into consideration as we review our guest amenities. Your comments about the pens and paper in the room are also very helpful, and we will address this with our housekeeping team. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future, with all of our upgrades completed.

Cheapest in the area at the time of booking. Nice quiet location even though it's located in The Gettysburg Village Outlets. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is always wonderful. Every time I go to Gettysburg that’s where we stay. Great staff and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The front desk is always friendly and so very helpful. This hotel is perfect for location as it shares a parking lot with outlets and the visitors center is only 3 minutes down the road.

My husband and I were so pleased with our room and one night stay. We arrived before 3:00 and our room wasn't ready but that was fine. We were just waiting in the lobby and in a few minutes they said they had another room for us. That was awfully nice of them. We booked a regular 2 queen room and walked in to what was a two room suite, with sitting area and TV, coffee area with sink, and separate sleeping area with TV. The bathroom was so clean. I appreciated the remote control covered in plastic. How smart! We booked our room through Trip Advisor/More Rooms and got a fantastic rate! I don't even know how. We really appreciated the fact that the hotel had a strict 10pm no-noise policy. The breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, make your own waffles, plus all the traditional breakfast things you see at most other hotels. The staff was all very nice.

I always believe in leading with the positive things so here goes: great location near the outlets with places to eat, check in was quick and pleasant, and the rates were pretty reasonable and straightforward. I also appreciated their policy for no excessive noise after 10 pm. Just to touch quickly on what many of the other reviews have already highlighted: room smelled sweaty and musty like a locker room, armchair was excessively stained (but seriously, what’s with all those mystery stains?) and somehow there’s literally never a manager to be found during regular business hours. Also in a really bizarre encounter, the breakfast attendant was super grouchy and harped on me for a good 5 minutes because the timer on my waffle maker didn’t initially reset so it must’ve been my fault. She kept saying over and over that it was because of me, even when no one was complaining about the waffle timer. She did this within earshot of other guests to the point that they were giving me sympathetic looks, and then laughing to themselves at how ridiculous she was acting. She continued talking about it to other guests and her coworker when we were in the adjoining breakfast room and could hear everything, then waited another 10 minutes until my spouse went up to make a waffle (she must not have known we were together) and started pointing at me saying that “the lady over there broke the waffle maker” over and over, when it was working just fine. My spouse asked her multiple times to please stop, to the point that I had to get up and ask her why she was still making such a big deal about it. So what, the waffle timer didn’t go off even though it actually WAS flipped correctly. Not the end of the world. Does Radisson Corporate descend upon the continental breakfast room, firing everyone in their midst if the timer doesn’t reset? Is there an option to unplug it and plug it back in instead of belittling and humiliating a guest in front of their spouse, child, and other guests? It just felt like someone getting their jollies by repeatedly making another person feel dumb, especially after I apologized multiple times for any perceived mishap. On a positive note, it was a great teachable moment for our son about how to treat others, even though he’s 10 and knows how to be kind. Shockingly enough, not a single manager has been found to address this situation that happened a week ago. Interesting also that a guest wrote a review 3 months ago about a lady placating their sister about the waffle maker in that breakfast room.

酒店回复: Thank you for your review, we are very sorry for the incident in the breakfast room and we have addressed this incident. This is not how we want our guests to feel or be treated. We are also in the process of upgrading our property. Thank you again for letting us know, we are sincerely sorry for your experience.
