This is very nice at a decent price. I’ve paid twice this for half the room. This is a great bang for the buck.

Best customer service I have ever received. The staff here is amazing! The hotel is nice and clean and they have a good breakfast too. Nice pool and fitness center and the hotel is located close to retail stores and restaurants.

It was a fabulous place for a family reunion. We used the meeting room which works out great for us. The rooms were clean and spacious with both refrigerators and microwaves. The kids loved the pool! The staff were personable and attentive!

This is a really great hotel to stay at. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is good. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out is easy as well. I’ll be back for sure!

The room was dated, not worth the money I paid. Light switches and electrical outlets were dated, bathroom door was difficult to close, found some clumps of hair in the towels, floors felt damp. The staff was friendly and helpful.

All of the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Free breakfast was okay, had the usual cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, fruit juices and coffee. Pool area was clean and have late hours to enjoy.

With all of the good reviews on this hotel, I definitely expected better. There were multiple spiders and webs in the bathroom. The room was damp- so much so that the carpet felt damp. Immediately upon entering the room, you could feel the moisture in the air. The breakfast is the minimum. I have definitely had better continental breakfasts. The next time we visit Mason City, I think we will try another hotel.

We came to Iowa to welcome our newest grandson and ended up extending our stay, they fixed us right up without any issues of changing rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool which was maintained nicely each time we went. We will stay here in our return trips!

Friendly staff checking in. Clean room all around. Bed was neat and clean. Wipes were present for the T.V. remote (not that they were needed) The exercise room was also clean and tidy. Hearty breakfast served on time. Nice pool area.

Easy to find- probably the first motel you see coming off the main highway. Friendly check-in staff. Nice big, quiet room. Informal help yourself breakfast reasonably well stocked. Good chain restaurants nearby but you probably need a car to go there In reality just a bit bland but I felt a good easy option- ideal for me as it was my first stop after a trans Atlantic flight Mason City is a real find. Even if you are just passing through find time to drive downtown to see the Frank Lloyd Wright designed & inspired houses. Don't expect to eat downtown though. With more time go & visit Clear Lake the other side of the interstate. A nice downtown and check out the volunteer run Surf Ballroom with its rock n roll museum & homage to Buddy Holly who played his final gig here
