After arriving I instantly regretted booking at this place. We entered the first room, it wasn’t cleaned properly but then we realized the shower faucet was broken, toilet was dirty, towels had stains it didn’t look clean at all and after a long ride that was disappointing. We had changed to another room and it was even worse.. the bed had hair in it, more stains, sticky side table, I could keep going… I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere. This property needs to change something because the uncleanliness was unacceptable.

I have never stayed in a dirtier hotel! Towels, bathroom and floors were all disgusting! We paid extra for a hair dryer and even had to ask for one but never got it!! No face cloths until we asked and towels were so dirty they looked like they hadn't been washed! I never took my shoes off the whole time!!

The bathroom had holes in the wall the water for a shower didn’t get hot until I was almost done and no one came to clean the room and restock things such as toilet paper and towels

Many people coming in and out, people hanging out in the hallways. The room we got had stains on the bedsheets, broken facet, dirty restroom with stains on the toilet paper. We emmediately went back to check out and asked for a refund. We did not feel safe or comfortable. I would not have even given it one star. Should be removed from *******. This left a wrong impression on my vacation trip.

This was behind the side table and inside the table was disgusting and a fake nail.
The bathtub did not drain and the toilet barely worked. Will never stay here again . Only good thing was the bed .. tv was also crap & blue.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever almost stayed at. We left after we checked in and went to the room. We could not bring ourselves to settle into such a filthy place. We left the key on the TV stand and drove away. What a terrible waste of money, because then we had to find a hotel. Live and learn. I didn't think to take other pictures. The cobwebs all over the lamp where my initial welcome to the room.

The first room we had was terrible, we are traveling with another couple and their room was also terrible. After complaining in office we were moved to 2 different rooms, which were better. The room my friends had was dirty, had kids toys still in room and hairs in bed.

I like the staff. They are very friendly most of the time. There are a few very rude employees that are uneducated about the job they do and they lack the knowledge of the business or the operating system
