Lots of positives about this place. The staff are lovely. We had a attic room 10 which had three rooflights and a window looking onto a wall .Easy check in with keycodes given for doors Our room was spacious if a little tired in some places it was well equipped with a fridge tea and coffee etc. The bathroom was small .We slept really well the breakfast was well cooked and the breakfast rooms looks onto the garden .Free parking is a huge bonus and the tube is a short walk away .The restaurants locally were great and we would recommend Mon Sushi where the Sushi and service was brilliant and great value (5 rating on Scores on Doors).We would definitely recommend this hotel for value and convenience for getting into London .

The Glenlyn is a lovely Victorian house with lots of stairs and corridors. There is no lift so if you have mobility issues request a lower floor. I was in room 11 on the top floor. This room overlooks the rear garden and is very quiet. The room has a double bed which is two singles joined together. It is a good sized room and well lit. The en suite bathroom is fine but the shower hose is not very flexible and as a result difficult to use effectively. Breakfast in the garden Room was very good with lots on offer. Anna,who was serving was delightful and friendly. All in all, i enjoyed my stay here and recommend this hotel.

The property was easy to find and had parking which was a bonus. Only a few minutes walk from the tube station so perfect location in that respect. The room was adequate, small but everything you needed, clean if a little dated. The problem came with the room above we had the misfortune of being underneath an insomniac pacing, you could hear every step and as they were particularly heavy footed the ceiling shook/rattled. This was the same both nights. The bed was a little small/short for anyone above average height! In the morning breakfast was nice with plenty of choice however the staff could have advised us of protocol..we just guessed and helped ourselves. When we came to leave no one bothered to ask if we had a good stay, just took the money and went back to speaking to some French tourists. I'd stay in Barnet again, but unlikely to be here.

Lovely warm welcome to the hotel by Renata and great communication by Anna too. Exceptionally clean and great value. Great breakfast and so close to local shops and restaurants. We were in room 3 overlooking the garden and whilst a few odd and loud ish noises from extractor fans from various rooms, very quiet and peaceful. Overall, waaay better than I’ve had at some large chain hotels in the past. Fabulous find.

I booked this hotel for my mum and me for our visit to London. The price was very reasonable and included breakfast with free parking (where available). After booking the hotel, I enquired about whether it would be okay to come down early and drop the car off so that we could head straight into the city. They were absolutely fine about this. The next day when we checked out, they were also okay with leaving the car there for a few more hours so that we can go back into Camden. The entrance to the building rooms are really convenient with a code that you are given . Nice and clean and very comfortable with nice pillows . The lady who greeted us our bags up is and was very helpful with everything that we needed. There is a beautiful garden at the back of the hotel where the room is is a welcome after a day in the concrete city. Location is quiet but also only staying away from the High Street where there are lots of places and shops if you need to grab anything. Breakfast was made to order for anything hot, but there was also a brilliant range of juices, cereal and pastries/cheese if you wanted something cold. Nothing was too much trouble at all. The tube station is only a 10 minute walk away, making this such an ideal place to stay. This hotel was great value for money and a really welcoming stay for both of us. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for everything team at Glenlyn.

I regularly stay in hotels as I travel a lot for business. My client suggested this place to me and I am mightily impressed. Immaculately clean, high-quality furnishings and fittings, very comfy bed and bedding. I stayed in a two bed apartment and could not have asked for more. I would love to return. It is easily accessible and a short walk to Woodside Park tube station and a few stops on the Northern Line into central London.
