The parking area was ok. The laundry in room 221 was disgusting. Looked dirty with stains on the pillow cases, top sheet and blankets.

The front desk agent demanded a confirmation number even though ******* does not issue one to members. He saw the reservation on my screen and that the money was already paid and still only gave me a room after I threatened to call the police.
