Started great. Arrived early. Freindly. Accomidated with an early check in by switching room that was ready. I agreed. That became a problem. Reserved 2 beds. We are big people. Didnt tell me this room was single bed. Very uncomfortable. Barely slept all night. Restless and cramped. They should have told me about the beds. I would have declined. Would like refund.

Everything appeared fine upon arrival and check in. Returned to the room late that evening, turned in the bathroom light to see juvenile roaches crawling in the wall and floor.
