Our room size was very large and spacious, and clean. The location was just perfect, close to restaurants, Amusement center(Adventure Landing), shopping Mall, and grocery stores. And easy access to the Highways. The laundry facilities are clean and cleans your clothes good. The Manager, Yocara and her staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant to everyone in my family. Thanks!

I want a refund, room was dirty and had a smell. The toilets had moe or something nasty in them, NEED to replace them or remodel the entire hotel. Also the reviews and stars of locations is not correct total scam and roadkill of a place. I want a full refund please and thank you.
酒店是有美国长住酒店改的，非常适合喜欢做饭的朋友去住。价格非常实惠，厨房用具和前台小哥哥要，需要交押金，因为以前有住户将厨房用具弄得非常脏，又不洗干净。
地理位置优越，客服也很棒。酒店干净舒适，我很喜欢。
这次长住体验非常糟糕。走廊里满是垃圾，垃圾桶里散发着难闻的气味，还有婴儿尿布。房间脏兮兮的，闻起来像烟味，浴室里还有头发。微波炉很脏，一点也不干净。厨房水槽堵了，水排得慢，而且有蟑螂！客户服务很差，再也不去了，不推荐任何人预订北卡罗来纳州罗利市的Appliance Court长住酒店。
房间很旧，炉子生锈了，冰箱损坏了，墙壁也破损了。走廊里有一股怪味。这家酒店简直过时了！网上的照片太骗人了！这是我住过的最差的酒店。

这地方糟透了。我准备入住的时候，接待员贝弗利身上有股味道，看起来就像在抽烟一样，也许我打扰到她了，因为她整个过程中都对我极其刻薄和恶劣。我当时没有走开的唯一原因是时间太晚了，反正我早上6点就要退房。酒店本身就是个垃圾场。里面很脏，到处都是垃圾，外面堆满了酒瓶，到处都是狗屎和香烟的臭味，看起来卫生部门应该介入并关闭这里。千万不要住在这里。两天后，我和我的两个儿子全身都起了皮疹。大概是臭虫或者这肮脏地方的其他真菌/食肉细菌惹的祸。清扫老鼠屎真的很难吗？
