I chose this hotel for the brand and also its proximity to the airport (10 minute drive). It is close to the freeway, but be careful if you are driving south as the exit ramp is a rare left side exit. If you miss this, leave at the next exit and re-enter the freeway and drive north. The staff here were down to earth and pleasant, which I found refreshing. The General Manager was working in the pool area and I was able to share a long conversation with him. The room was clean and comfortable and totally sufficient for my needs. A simple but very adequate breakfast is provided each morning. The pool and hot tub were a key attraction for me and I was able to enjoy quality time there. The staff were very friendly indeed and I found them to be very warm and personable.

Zero stars! Staff is very unwelcoming and rude. They do not greet guests nor smile upon entering the hotel, they just stare. To make the customer service even worse I seen front desk staff snub another guest. The hotel had a strong smell of bleach and mildew when walking in. Our room had major plumbing issues, the toilet didn’t fully flush and the tub filled with water when taking a shower. There were also electrical issues as well. This was a bad experience for us. We were in town on a family emergency, this is the only reason we didn’t check out of horrible place! I intend to reach out to corporate on this experience.

This is NOT the typical Holiday Inn Express I have come to appreciate. Although it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a good location, it was simply not the best. 1. The door to our room didn’t fit right, creating a space for light and sound. 2. We had to have our keys re-activated twice in the same day because they failed to open the door. 3. None of the gym equipment worked. 4. The hot tub did not work the day we checked in. However, the hot tub was working on our second day there. Although these might be little things, after a day of traveling a girl wants what a girl wants, including a “thank you for being a gold elite member”.

Desk staff friendly, average check-in/ check-out times. On a parallel road to I-15 near a mall area to the north, has a starbucks there. Billing adds a sales tax (7.25%), tourism tax (4.57%), local tac(1%). Clean room. Small parking lot, but there is a large shared lot next door. Would stay here again.

Excellent staff clean rooms. Great location. And hot coffee all day. And did I mention hot tub it is the perfect temperature. ................... definitely will stay again............. I Recommend this property....................

Great hotel that was recently renovated (used to be Country Inn). Easy access to the freeway, lots of good restaurants close by and they have a great breakfast. The staff are super friendly and many of them have been there for years. Definitely recommend staying here.

Check in was very easy. There was a bit of a rush but the desk staff let us know we weren't forgotten. Our room (201) was very large. It had a separate bedroom (King bed) from a living area. Room was very clean. I was surprised how little outside noise we heard considering that the highway was just outside our window. Two drawbacks for this room were: water pressure in the shower was very low. TV reception was very spotty. The other room we had reserved (206) was a 2 queen room. It too was very clean. This room had good water pressure and had no issues with the TV reception. Hot tub and pool were nice. The area around the hotel was good. There were several restaurants close by as well as gas stations/convenience stores. Breakfast was good. It was standard hotel breakfast, It was hot and plenty of it. All in all a good stay
