酒店非常豪华舒适，酒店内服务人员热情周到；即便是在凌晨，服务人员也丝毫不懈怠；
住宿期间遇到一些问题，值班经理可以快速协调解决；
早餐一般，食物、设施、服务人员都有待加强。
老酒店了确实设备比较老，房间的话就是阳台灰尘很多，光脚踩上去都黑了，服务的话一般吧，同一个需求有三个人来问结果也没处理好。没有SOP 吗🤣五六千一个晚上性价比不高，早餐也一般，唯一比较好的就是海湾附近气温凉爽，有风，
还是很有调性的一家酒店，心心念念了几年，这次终于体验了一回，还算好，尽管性价比不高，但是也算 体验了一回，重点吐槽就是早餐太差，连部像样的咖啡机都没有。
房间装修豪华，干净整洁。还送了巧克力
emm挺失望的，首先就是这个位置真的挺偏的，挺尴尬的不远处还是工地；然后服务比较程序化吧，大堂挺美的，外面泳池也还好，设施有一点点旧，房间内部算是老钱风的一个经典装饰，无感，难以掩饰有点旧旧的感觉，这次迪拜之行觉得最不值得的一个酒店，可能棕榈岛随便一家。早餐种类丰富。
迪拜范思哲酒店真的是这座城市中最奢华、性价比又高且宁静的酒店之一。酒店氛围优雅宁静，是短期度假或周末出游的绝佳选择。酒店拥有三个美丽的游泳池，每个都提供一个放松的环境。服务非常出色——工作人员友善、细致，并且会不遗余力地确保您拥有愉快的住宿体验。强烈推荐给任何想在迪拜寻求一个安静、高端度假体验的人士。
各方面都很棒👍🏻尤其是餐厅的小哥们特别热情笑容特别灿烂，服务特别到位，其实我更想赞一下我们的携程，小泽是真的做到24小时切切实实的一对一服务，帮我与酒店之间沟通，我缺的都能帮我送到房间，可以说这次确实没有国内的五星级酒店那么方便有酒店专门的管家一对一，但是小泽是真的把这份最体贴入微的沟通到位了，太爱我们携程的小泽了！
