When we checked into the room there was full trash bag in the bathroom, a used bar of soap on the shower ledge, bottles of water and a watermelon in the fridge, a phone charger was left plugged into an outlet and someone’s personal cup/dishes left on counter along with coffee/creamer and stuff in the cabinet.
The beds were made and new soap/towels in the bath. When the front desk was made aware he came to the room to check. He said the room was “cleaned” then opened the freezer and it was disgusting, dirt or mild covered the inside and it had an odor!! He again said the room was “cleaned” and suggested we help ourselves to items left behind. He didn’t offer another room or a refund of any kind. I asked to verify no one was coming back to the room and they had for sure checked out as we had dinner reservations and had a schedule to keep. This morning when I checked out a different front desk person was there and said she was called about the room Saturday and offered an apology but nothing else. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying there again!!!

房间太恶心了。房间里的椅子脏得我根本没法想象坐在上面。我们其中一个房间的床上有一块带血的枕头,而且浴垫也很脏。千万别住这里!我们联系了酒店,但没有得到任何回应。
地毯很脏,房间里(121号房间)闻起来像湿抹布。不过,对于我们长住酒店来说,这是一次不寻常的经历。希望这条评论能得到建设性的重视,并有助于改进。
这家酒店号称是无烟酒店。二楼的电梯和走廊里弥漫着浓重的烟味。我们离开那天,他们肯定喷洒了空气清新剂,因为走廊和电梯里现在弥漫着淡淡的花香。房间里有一张方桌,但没有椅子。楼层之间的隔音效果极差。楼上的人很晚才睡,像一群大象一样走来走去。房间里没有吹风机,我不得不去前台拿。浴帘中间有一条发霉的缝隙。淋浴喷头漏水,水洒了一地。
房间里的灯坏了,微波炉也坏了。我跟工作人员提过这件事,他们说明天早上会修,但什么都没修好。我不会免费住在这里。这地方需要翻新,走廊里有股难闻的气味。
我很喜欢这个房间。房间很漂亮,空调也很好用。可惜的是,我们没法在房间内取冰。
