We stayed here for an LSU game and had zero issues. The parking lot has cameras. Easy to get to off interstate- about 20 min uber to Tiger stadium during traffic. No complaints. Rooms were super nice and clean and updated!

The hotel in general is a little outdated, however, the gym had all the necessary weights and cardio even though the treadmill was skipping a bit when running on it. The halls of the hotel smelled like a bit of mold, but couldn’t pin point what it smelled like. Breakfast was decent and service was great and on time by opening a few minutes before 6 am. We were there for my son’s baseball tourney. Rooms were cleaned daily and could not have asked for better service in the rooms. Front desk was helpful and courteous. Pool was fine, but no lights at night and around the pool was a bit dirty. Decent price for the area, which was not bad compared to some of the other places other bball families stayed at. Overall, I would stay there again.

Cockroaches in the bathroom in our room. Light switch broken in the bathroom. The outlet cover plate was also broken. We had a 2 year old with us with access to open wiring. I left it on the floor for housekeeping and they just stuck the broken plate back on the wall. Found rubber band hair ties under edge of bed from previous guests. Never changed our sheets after 4 nights… I kept pulling the sheets off so they would put new ones on and literally kept pulling the same sheets on. I called the 2nd day for new sheets specifically and never ever got fresh sheets. The continental breakfast was lacking. Had cream cheese but No bagels. No fruit besides apples. Only had pork sausage so couldn’t eat there either. Plus there were cockroaches so didn’t really want to anyway. The ice machine on our floor was disgusting. There was also no AC in the hallway on our floor. But there was AC on the first & third floors. I only know because the ice machine on the third floor was much cleaner so we hauled the cooler up there to get ice every day. Staff never asked us if anything was good, if we were happy, if we needed anything, etc. Literally one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.

Great experience for a family. Affordable, quiet. Clean, felt new. Kind staff. Pool is big. Breakfast has sausage, powdered eggs, yogurt waffle maker, juice. Only apples for fruit. Better than some but not best for this price point. Would stay again.

Devastated!

I called and inquired about the swimming pool because my family loves to swim. They stated that they had a pool, and it was in good condition. I wish I had taken a photo. The pool had green algae, and you could not see the bottom of the pool. Also, the gate at the pool was not very sturdy. Unbelievable! When I spoke of my concern, the staff just told me she has nothing to do with it.

Great for a pet friendly, over night stay!

This hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, location was fine for an overnight stay. Pool was clean, but very warm. That’s due to summer in Louisiana!
