The laundry service was fine. We only stayed overnight and didn't have breakfast as we wanted to get back on the road so soon as we could.

Wonderful Staff and Great Environment
Amazing staff! We came to town one day early and the staff fully accommodated us with a clean, affordable room! 5 star service and happy with the hotel. Will definitely be back!

First Holiday Inn Express we've been to that served breakfast on china plates with stainless flatware. The real surprize was the dedication of the staff. Two folks did the service of four or five that included removal of plates and pleasant conversation. First free breakfast service we felt required a tip. Ironically, we were attending a catered 55th high school reunion that used all disposeable tableware. Great job HIE staff!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT ALL, we won’t again !!
Well front desk help TAMMY was letting adults drink alcohol in the pool area while kids were in pool last time I check if kids aren’t supposed to dive or run in pool than I by is it ok to have grown adults In pool area where are the morals of safety for kids our OR Even a FAMILY atmosphere when your traveling so NEVER STAY IN SAINTJO EVER AT THE HOLIDAY IN EXPRESS OR THERE OTHER HOTELS IN AREA THATS OWNED BY HOLIDAY INN WHICH IS FAIRFIELD OR CANDLEWOOD INN We will never stay couldnt pay us to stay again with TWEEKER TAMMY Working the front desk and fire alarms went off as well malfunctioning three time within a hour DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE NOT IN SAINT JOSEPH So if we could give NO STARS we would

The hotel was nice and comfortable. We felt welcomed when we came and it was easy and accessible to get to our room. When we entered the room it was nice and large and easy to find the sheets for the pull out bed. There were plenty of towels and other amenities inside of the room. We were very pleased with our stay.

Had to call front desk due to cord being unplugged and couldn’t change channels. She was very helpful however she smelled our room up with smoke.

另寻他处。卧室不是我预订时说的大床，而是双人床。洗手池上有一卷卫生纸，上面明显沾有血迹，而且泳池很小。
唯一的优点是工作人员非常专业友好。
绝对不值得住在这里。
