We had a great time at the winter festival of lights. The skyline kitchen was very accommodating as my wife is gluten free.
However, the Tub spicket was dripping cold water which made taking a hot bath a bit shorter than usual. Other than that the room was great.

Walls very thin sounded like the next door people was in our room old beds not very nice at all for what you pay very outdated

The staff were great! We had a problem with our room and they were able to move us to another room without any difficulty which was very much appreciated especially during a high volume Holiday Season.

Check in was a breeze and since we were traveling with our pup, she made sure we had a courtyard room. Very clean and staff was friendly. We had the dinner buffet which was delicious and enjoyed the complimentary hot coca and music. Of course the Festival of Lights was fantastic! We will be back.

Signage and directions to enter the Lodge area are poor, hard to see especially at night. The signs by the roads are not lite up enough at night. The Festival of Lights was so confusing because of poor signage and unable to see where you were driving because of poor lighting on the signs. The $30/car fee for the Lights is too expensive. The cost includes a season pass that we didn’t want because we live out of town. The fee could not be adjusted!

Check in was easy and staff very friendly. I would suggest maybe someone to be available to help guests get to the rooms. I was in lounge and many people walked in, turned around, came back, etc. Only being there a couple hours I ended up helping many people get to where they needed to be. Ashley and Allison from Skyline were incredibly nice and a joy to be around. One suggestion is to have Miller Light bottles available. Another suggestion would be to have more TVs available especially during the NFL season. While in Skyline we also received a complimentary desert delicacy dish from the staff which was very nice. Trolley driver was very informative and made our trip enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

It was a great place to stay. They staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. There are many activities to be had by people of all ages. The room was very clean. The only thing that i could criticize wiuld be a small section of the wall paper was peeling. We will definitely go back and would recommend to anyvone that asks about it

The facility is beautiful. And they have a wonderful indoor Pool and two wonderful restaurants. The Walking, trails are Fantastic and You Feel Like You Are Walking Inside a postcard , the golf course is of prime quality. There are other activities like the zoo which has amazing exotic, almost extinct animals that I have not seen in any other zoo.
They have very nice pickle ball and tennis courts.
The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the construction of the building is mostly oak.
