The receptionist was awesome. She was so kind and went beyond to make my stay one of the highlights of my thanksgiving. My room and the all the amenities was excellent.

Our room did not look like it had been cleaned. The room had lvp flooring but the floors were sticky, the bed linens did not look clean/fresh, there was a dirty sock under the chair, a half empty bottle of water and a key card that did not belong to us were sitting on the desk. The curtains were literally falling off the rods. The carpet in the hallway needed a deep cleaning if not replaced. The staff overseeing the breakfast was rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience to her. We were exhausted when we arrived the first night so we opted to stay but slept in our clothes. We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out early and paid to stay elsewhere the second night. I will be calling to request a refund for the second night.

The hotel was clean. The staff was great! Front desk staff member Ashley was so helpful. My car was having trouble and I need to leave my car keys at the front desk for my husband to deal with my car and Ashley was able to get my husband the keys so I could leave for an event. I truly appreciate her help. The breakfast was good. I love that they had coffee and tea available 24/7.

I likee the free breakfast, warm buffet, the coffee and water available all day with flavoree creamer options, I enjoyer the pool was decent available and quiet. And the room suze was really nice.
