Staff were helpful, appreciated there was a travel cot in my room ready which I had requested - this wasn’t guaranteed with the room I had booked. Nice and quiet. Restaurant available if you need it (I didn’t use it this time).

Good parking, lots of space. Nice clean room, very comfy bed and a great night’s sleep. Staff very helpful and attentive - cannot fault them. Shower was lovely, hot and powerful. All in all, very happy with my stay, would definitely stay again.
Did not try any of the food so unable to comment.

Stayed here for 1 night . The staff were great .
However the management need to make sure all TVs are working as I had no signal but staff swapped tv over 2 hours later .
Plus would have been nice to have a heater in room as room was cold . The radiator was off .

Room was clean and tidy, as were the common areas.
Room (203) needs a bit of maintenance, cracked basin, loose tap and loose door hinge. But these did not detract from our stay.
Very friendly staff.

晚餐棒极了！
抵达酒店时，入住手续办理得很顺利，前台接待员很友善也很乐于助人。然而，我们很快发现浴室地板上沾满了干涸的尿渍。真不明白客房服务怎么会没发现。向接待处反映后，他们给我们换了另一个房间。
后来我们去餐厅吃晚餐。服务员点完我们的餐食和酒水后，我们等啊等……一直等着。过了一段时间，我们问酒水能不能先送过来，服务员说“好的”。然后我们又继续等。最后，一位女服务员端着我们的饭菜过来了，但还是没有酒，所以我们又问了一次。快吃了一半的时候，女服务员端来了两杯酒，一大一中。我们明明点的是两杯大杯。与此同时，一群大约六个住店的少年也进了餐厅，他们坐在一个大桌旁，桌上放着他们叫的外卖披萨盒。这完全破坏了我们原本希望能有一个美好晚餐的氛围。不过我必须补充一句，我们的食物本身还是相当不错的。吃完饭后，我们带着酒杯离开了餐厅，到休息室去了。在一个温暖的八月夜晚，坐在休息室里，听着背景里播放的轻柔音乐，感觉很惬意，结果突然音响里传来了“红鼻子驯鹿鲁道夫”的歌声！
我们浴室的水龙头热水很烫。但淋浴却不是这样。水花了很长时间才变温热，然后突然就变冷了。
那天早上我们去吃了早餐，很愉快，也达到了这类酒店应有的标准。早班的工作人员服务很好。
我在这里住了两晚。总的来说，这家酒店还算可以。
房间很干净，但感觉有点旧。隔音也不太好，能听到其他客人的声音，所以很难完全放松。不过，早餐很棒——种类丰富，品质也很好——而且前台接待员非常友好和乐于助人。
我的预订出了一点小问题。餐厅工作人员告诉我我的房间不含早餐，但我很确定是含的。我不得不回去找前台解决，这有点不方便。
尽管如此，这次住宿总体来说还是不错的。如果隔音和员工之间的沟通能有所改进，体验会更好。
去布莱顿玩，住在这里位置很不错。开车到当地火车站很近，然后坐11分钟火车就到布莱顿了。坐火车不仅可以避免布莱顿停车难的问题，还能享受皇家穹顶宫门票两人同行一人免单的优惠。
很遗憾，我伴侣到达时他们不让她办理入住。
性价比一般，早餐服务员（部分）态度很差，地理位置安静，但靠近主干道，停车位充足，房间略显陈旧，但干净整洁。
