We made a last minute reservation at this hotel on Thanksgiving and we were pleasantly surprised, especially for the price. We were greeted by Chad who was very friendly and welcoming. He provided a handwritten list of local restaurants that he recommended, and told us what each of the restaurants offered. It was Thanksgiving so he wasn't sure if they would be open but let us know that in case we weren't able to find something that they had some sandwiches available.
The hotel was clean, orderly, and well equipped. All of the staff we encountered was really friendly and personable.
We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again should we be in that area in the future.

好酒店，室内游泳池非常棒，早餐也很丰盛。
一次简单的住宿。房间还不错。但卫生方面需要大大改进。我不得不要求换一条被子，因为我那条上面有污垢和头发。床很舒服。浴室也很好。
服务时好时坏。办理入住的男士态度很粗鲁，我告诉他我已预付过房费时，他根本没听进去。他再次刷了我的卡，而不是仅仅为杂费做了预授权。我不得不让经理在第二天早上纠正了这个问题。虽然花了一些时间，但经理人很好。
员工都特别好！大堂的楼梯看起来像一座古老的豪宅！
服务非常好。
前台服务态度恶劣
前台的阿纳斯塔西娅在我们抵达时态度非常恶劣。她告诉我们孩子很吵闹，晚上9:30就要把我们赶出去。孩子才2岁，我们怎么可能吵闹呢？我倒是听到其他人很吵，而我却不得不强迫幼儿睡觉。
