bedsheets were dirty. There was issue of internet, they took 5 hrs to solve.
I called up for room cleaning. Room service came after 4 hours.
For 2 hr early check in they charged me 2k extra.

I booked a room with queen bed but instead I was given two twin beds joined together which was quite uncomfortable. The room needs better cleaning and house keeping. The curtains were dirty.
The good thing was location and very helpful and cooperative staff.

Dirty towels, no lt even a soap, no power point working, no one attended intercom phones. Wrong information about the bill issuances.
酒店照片看起来很棒，但现实却截然不同。
总体来说，酒店相当简陋，尤其是和照片相比。房间有点脏，酒店走廊上有一些死蟑螂，我们房间里还有蚊子。只有床单和毛巾是干净的，这是唯一值得称赞的地方。
早餐自助餐选择很少，不过还行。
总的来说，酒店非常简陋，不值这个价。
入住时，我们不得不坚持说我们的预订已经确认并支付了，因为前台工作人员找不到我们的预订，他们给出的解决方案是让我们重新支付住宿费。我们不得不反复要求他们仔细核查，最终他们才在电脑上找到预订，我们才得以办理入住。正如之前所说，一切都很简陋。
因为酒店位置好才选的，没想到比想象中差很多！
不过房间比预期要大。希望卫生能再加强一些。
尽管如此，他们很快就给我们换了房间，这点很不错。
酒店房间有股恼人的霉味，很吵，位置也不好找。上接待大厅的楼梯很难走，而且也没有服务员帮忙搬行李。如果是女士入住，怎么搬得动行李呢？我不会再来了。
卫生条件不佳，服务差，洗漱用品差，床单有污渍。不干净，不推荐正式入住，似乎是按小时计费的酒店，没有早餐设施，食物质量很差，不得不从外面点餐
