我从 15 岁起就去过 CGH des Carroz,多年来,质量和服务都在下降。刚开始住8人的公寓,房价里包含2个停车位,3年前就只剩下一个了,今年就得付费才能有车位,我们假期第一天就到了,公寓没人住,但浴室里少了一平方以上的瓷砖(被阳台桌子藏得不好,快点放进去),浴室浴室破旧,没有翻新,普通地毯15年一模一样在某些地方,这种情况几乎不存在。我没有时间做完整的清单。所以我真的不后悔15年前没有买房。我会回到 Les Carroz,但肯定不会回到 CGH

On the plus side, the location of this chalet/hotel is excellent. Great cave storage amenities for skis etc Excellent parking At bottom of slopes - ski in ski out Spa, pool, hot tub and treatments available Central location - 5 minutes to local shops and restaurants Allow dogs for a 80 Euro fee Clean chalet and comfy beds Disadvantages are We booked a chalet for 6. There was only One toilet In the middle of the appt floor plan not well thought through - no sink in the toilet and no window to open and living space quite cramped Place is a bit tired not as nice as advertised ~ carpets and furnishings a bit tired Appreciate we are in the mountains however WiFi in our chalet was inadequate. when we raised the issue our complaints with both reception and the on site engineer were met with a shrug. Not ideal as one of our party had to work one day and had to rely on 5G in the end Staff at reception desk are not helpful and not particularly welcoming or friendly either Electricity tripped a few times. Watch the toaster! Oven use required a training course which nobody was prepared to put themselves through 😆 we muddled through as the food out here is outstanding the reception area is closed for 4 hours a day (granted most of us are / should be on the fab slopes!) however I think an opportunity missed is to open this large area with huge potential and make it a coffee bar by day and a bar by evening This would make the whole place feel a lot more sociable and aid the holiday vibe Overall we had a great time and it was a POSITIVE will be back to Les Carroz although not sure if it will be to stay here

Comfortable apartment and nice facilities
Very comfortable apartment in a hotel with nice facilities (i.e., gym with enough equipment, indoor swimming pool, sauna). The location of the hotel is also great, close to the town center (with great restaurants) and cable car. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Would only have been great if the gym/pool would close say 1 hour later in the evening.

Positive points: accommodation well located in the station and well arranged for the surface Negative points: - Chalet Belles Pistes below the main building, to access the swimming pool a road without pavement must be crossed, not ideal with children and in winter... - cold swimming pool and hammam, all the children go to the jacuzzi (slightly warmer), only the sauna works properly. .. - No wifi signal in the apartment: reported 3 days in a row to reception and then in writing to receive a troubleshooting pocket wifi because "The technician can do nothing more" - The intercom to contact the reception does not work, forced to go back to the main building each time - Parking door does not close (but if anything happens to the car CGH is not responsible...) also reported several times before resolution... - You spend your time coming to the reception to "complain" which is unpleasant, because no follow-up of concerns, example: "no one else is complaining", or "you did not call me back so I considered that it was settled" friendly but probably inexperienced staff.... - Convertible sofa in the living room uncomfortable even if we do not expect exceptional bedding, we feel that the sofa has had its day.... - Day of departure: empty the bins, undo all the sheets, clean the kitchen, the fridge etc. the cleaning fee is therefore limited In summary, better services from competitors, especially for the swimming pool/spa, and above all better consideration and follow-up of any problems (because it can happen) for this price...
