Just had another fabulous week with Snow Retreat. We're returning guests due to the chalet location, comfort, good and friendliness of the Andrea and the hosts. Sophie and Anna, our hosts this year, were welcoming, friendly, efficient and all round lovely. Thank you Andrea and all at Team Snow Retreat.

Stayed in Chalet Leman with family including 20 month old grand-daughter. Superb food & hosting provided by Heidi & Paula with excellent options for our veggie, everything was superb but the Tartiflette was the best I’ve ever eaten. Poppy now asking for “cake” in a broad Yorkshire accent. Chalet was absolutely perfect with plenty of space, comfortable beds, & hot strong showers. In the afternoon Heidi freshly baked beautiful cakes for our return, which not only tasted fantastic but you had the lovely smell of fresh baking. Big thankyou to both of them for being so helpful with Poppy’s food & mealtimes. Will definitely stay with Snow Retreat again & big thanks to Andrea & family.

We have just had the most excellent holiday in Chalet Pandora. The chalet was clean and warm and the beds were comfy. The food was tasty, hearty and plentiful. The cakes were amazing-Pav really went to town with them and kindly accommodated 3 birthdays! Pav and Fionn were great hosts and really helpful.

I stayed in Chalet Pandora for the week from the 11th-18th January and I cannot recommend it enough! After a day of travelling there's nothing better than arriving to a wonderful 3 course meal including a special request alcohol free beef bourguignon! Thank you Pav - very much appreciated! :) As a solo guest I had a twin ensuite room which was immaculate and always nice and warm. The food was amazing all week and the service too, thank you Ffion! :) And Pav's afternoon cakes are definitely the best in the 3 Valleys! The living room and dining areas were nice and spacious which was perfect as it was a mixed group so plenty of room for us all to catch up and chat about our days by the fire. It's also a good sign when the others in the chalet were also return guests! A perfect location too as it was only a few minutes walk to the lifts and the centre of La Tania. Thank you Andrea, Phil, Pav and Ffion for the BEST week - see you next year!!! Highly recommend :)

I stayed in Pandore last week 11/01/2025 Fantaisc Chalet warm very clean and cosy. Cheif Pav cooking was exseptional and FFiona was an excellent Host too. The pair of them couldn't be faulted. In Fact the standard was very high through out the week Looking forward to returning in Jan 2026. Thank you to Andrea for helping me with my Laugauge.

Excellent company if you are skiing La Tania or the 3 Valleys. Ffion and Pav were wonderful chalet hosts in Pandora. Pav is a superb chef. His tartiflett is 2nd to none! Paired with Ffion’s hosting they make a great team. Rooms are larger than most chalets. If you time the snow correctly, it’s as good as a ski in and out place.

Stayed in Chalet Pandora 1st week of the season. Excellent location, very comfortable and spacious rooms with excellent ensuite. Plenty of hanging space for jackets etc. underfloor heating brilliant. Food was outstanding. Independent and family friendly chalet company with excellent attention to detail. Will definitely return. Geraint and Gwen.

Andrea and her team, with the excellent Pav in the kitchen, run a fantastic chalet. We stayed in Pandora, which is very well positioned in La Tania, only a couple of minutes from the main bubble up to Courcheval main area. You can ski down as well. The chalet was really clean and comfortable, the food was excellent and the staff were amazing. There's enough room to spread out or to have some peace and quiet if you need that after a hard day's skiing. Whilst we have skied in the 3 Valleys before, this was our first time staying in La Tania and first time with Snow Retreat - we will definitely consider coming back here with a bigger group of family and friends.

A superb new year had by all, with clear organisation from the start. Heidi & Paula our hosts were brilliant, and the food was superb! I could do with the Tomato soup recipe now🙂 Hopefully, we get to stay with you again. All the best for the season

We were a group of 10, visiting from Canada, staying in Chalet Leman. Laura and Alice were the best, we loved them, nothing was too much trouble! The food was great and they were so accommodating to several dietary requirements and allergies. The baguettes they offered for lunch were great for a big ski day and saved us a fortune from the mountain restaurants! We loved La Tania, such a great atmosphere and a great location to explore Les 3 Vallées! We particularly enjoyed soaking up the last sunshine of the day on the deck! The chalet has plenty of space for 10 to relax and hosted a movie night and a games night for us. If you are coming to Les 3 Vallées, you absolutely have to stay with Snow Retreat!
