Over all good stay , however shower floor had hair and very noisy floor especially on a Saturday night could hear everything but great service and friendly staff we will be back again

Very nice hotel. The noise didn’t bother us from the bar, but we were on the 12th floor. The staff was amazing! The location was perfect!
We had a bit of a busy problem with the air conditioning, but it was taken care of promptly. The hot water works, but takes forever to heat up. I guess, because it’s on such a high floor. My suggestion would be to turn the hot water on, go downstairs and eat breakfast, and then it should be warm by the time you get back up. Lol.

We did not utilize the bar this trip, but the area was good and the room was comfortable. I do wish for future stays that there were refrigerators and microwaves in the room.

我不会再住这家酒店了。房间里没有迷你冰箱,也没有放衣服的抽屉。枕头和毛巾闻起来又脏又臭。房间空调坏了,而且很热。最糟糕的是,酒店里每天晚上都有现场音乐表演,一直到凌晨2点。根本躲不开。我们住在7楼,一直听到音乐声,直到下午2点。不过,酒店员工很棒。
房间竟然没有空调,糟透了!据说空调已经三天没用了,他们竟然没有通知客人!要么是滤网坏了,要么是空气不流通,不得不换掉。入住过程花了45分钟,只有一名工作人员在工作。再也不来了。
愉快的住宿体验
我们全家一起入住,度过了一段美好的时光。酒店很不错,位置也很好。唯一的缺点是我们不喜欢餐厅,服务很慢。
