Thank you for your kind remarks on the hotel, however your concern regarding our selection of alcohol should have been brought to the attention of the Food and Beverage manager personally, not the young staff working in the bar. I would have then been able to explain to you the circumstances the hotel has gone through in the last few weeks. We would have explained to you and I'm sure you would have understood the circumstances. Your table of 8 booked was not cancelled instead you proceeded to go and eat elsewhere. Thank you for not unbooking your table on a Saturday night.

我办理入住手续时，进停车场遇到了麻烦。
密码据说是前一天发给我的，但我前一天在国家公园里，没能查看邮件，所以不知道密码。
真希望有办法在门口跟人沟通，比如用对讲机。
位置优越，远离主干道。设有安全门，夜间有警卫巡逻。洗衣设施是一大福利。我们一行 4 对夫妇对餐厅提供的服务感到失望。葡萄酒和啤酒选择很糟糕（即使以内陆标准来看），并且不允许饮用外部来源的酒精饮料。
我们到达时，接待处有点冷淡 - 高级间很暗而且很普通 - 游泳池不是很干净 - 另一方面，餐厅晚上和早上的工作人员非常好
我们喜欢安静的住所、随和的员工以及他们愿意在我们需要时提供帮助。
我们认为该住所需要翻新，并在抵达时提供更多毛巾。

非常普通的房产，没有什么值得注意的优点，只有少数几个平凡的缺点，比如维护，本来可以很容易解决，但他们选择不这样做。几乎物有所值，但比必要的价格贵了一点。
