First room we were given, had mold on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. Second room had cockroaches people above us were so loud banging and pounding all night long. I asked the office to please do something about it. They would not ended up leaving early very disappointed beds were very uncomfortable.

酒店回复: There was no evidence of cockroach in the room nor did we receive a complaint from you about it and you were offered to move to different room during your stay which you refused.

We found a live cockroach that ran across the bed I killed it & placed it in the toilet. Then we looked under the beds & found many, many dead bugs of various sizes. We checked out & demanded a refund. The clerk couldn't give us a credit so I had him write a receipt showing that we didn't stay because of the bugs.

酒店回复: You were issued a refund but let me remind you started Abusing the staff and acting like a somebody under the influence and you were very aggressive even sat in driveway blocking it when asked to leave you were threading the staff member so never return to this property you are banned.
