酒店很酷很独特，氛围也很棒，不过，关于这次入住，我能说的只有这些优点了。我和丈夫带着两个女儿（一个18岁，一个10岁）周日开了10个小时的车，下午5点前才到——酒店入住时间是下午4点。我们筋疲力尽，只想清爽一下，然后去和新朋友吃晚饭。嗯，我们的房间还没准备好，之前说大概30分钟。结果至少等了90分钟。
这次入住，很遗憾，差强人意。我们来牛津参加女儿的大学入学指导，我知道这段时间牛津人很多，所以我们尽量忽略了大部分细节。首先，我们入住当天晚上8点才准备好房间。经历了一趟飞行和长途驾车，这实在令人失望。我们想去The Coop酒吧消磨时间。那里的服务几乎毫无特色，我们不得不不停地站起来向酒保要东西。只有一个服务员，看起来是新手，也不太乐于助人。意外难免会发生，但服务员收拾盘子时把番茄酱洒在我丈夫身上，这真是让人忍无可忍。
我们住了三个晚上，房间一次都没打扫过。每次都要至少三次，还要不停地要额外的毛巾、卫生纸等等。一家人入住，却连一天打扫一次都没有，这实在令人难以接受。垃圾和用过的毛巾堆了好几天都堆满了！
考虑到这家酒店的房价与服务水平的对比，我只能推测更高的价格是受酒店地理位置影响的。希望这种情况并不常见，只是我们遇到的一件不幸的事。
我们之前住过这里，非常喜欢，所以很期待下次再来。入住时，我们很惊讶地发现，现在每晚要收30美元的停车费，这在我们预订后就生效了。酒店的毛巾也用完了，所以我们不得不共用浴巾。
这套房子很旧，需要大量维修。它本来可以变成一处非常可爱的房子，但考虑到你支付的价格，实在令人失望。
我们的房间整晚都有咔哒咔哒的噪音，浴室也没有好好打扫。淋浴间里还留着头发。体验很令人失望。
