Property was just ok….a lot of worn indicators throughout…staff was helpful, breakfast was cold (eggs and sausage)…..had 7 rooms for 1 night, prolly look elsewhere when in area again

Pool was cold and had a green color. Asked for an extra towel and seemed like a difficult task. Breakfast wasn't appealing. When in the hall you could hear into people's rooms or you could hear them out in the hall. Bathroom was small, no room on toilet. There was $100 deposit. Not worth the money for the room.

Pre-paid for stay and called to verify deposit. I was told $50. Got to location and deposit was $100 & would take 15 days per their bank to be refunded. I explained that I had just spoke with someone and he said no I had not even after showing him on my phone that I called. I explained that I was prepared for a $50 deposit not $100 he refused the $50 and said he would not refund the room. Who holds a deposit for 15 days? I am disputing this as I didn't stay at location with no help from them

浴室的踢脚线油漆剥落,淋浴喷头和马桶生锈了。一盏灯不停地闪烁,熨衣板的腿也生锈断裂,根本无法使用。
最令人担忧的是房间的清洁度。我向前台反映床上有小蚂蚁,并要求客房服务人员打扫房间并吸尘。然而,当我回来时,发现只整理了床,床单没有换,因为同样的污渍仍然存在。更糟糕的是,我入住的三个晚上中有两个晚上没有热水。
我真的很困惑,这家酒店怎么能算得上温德姆酒店及度假村连锁酒店呢?它的标准远远低于我的预期。这次体验感觉更像是住在一家低质量的汽车旅馆,而不是一家信誉良好的酒店。
