Hotel was very clean and guest services was very friendly. Only issue was a group staying in room above us must have been taking some dance lessons for a few hours, stomping around loudly. Other than that this hotel was very well maintained.

Not worth the price.
Outdated and room was dirty. It was a place to rest my head but next time I will pay the extra $40-$60 to stay somewhere that is way better. The looks of the hotel and room itself is that of an 80 a night place.

Hotel was super convenient to Tennessee national Golf Club, the staff was over the top nice and helped me with finding places to eat (which if you are there in Loudon, I highly recommend the diner, they made me feel like family and the food was spectacular. It is a family owned business about 2 miles from the hotel or El Señor is literally around the corner, if you need a really good margarita and the food was great as well) when we return for another golf tournament I will definitely stay here again

Wonderful Stay
The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was located near the highway, restaurants, and a gas station. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the microwave was dirty. The indoor pool was clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

So far everything has been wonderful. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast was ok (I've had worse and I've had better). My recommendations is that the elevator needs to be bigger or at least more than one for an entire 3-story hotel. The indoor swimming pool might as well be outside... it was sooooooo hot and stuffy in there.. and it was at 8pm!

The room was very clean and the shower had great water pressure. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was the best we have had. 5 stars.
