This was among one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. There is no free breakfast (it was advertised), the lobby access was a small window that had to be slid open if you wanted to talk to someone. room had cobwebs and spiders on ceiling, carpet dirty, bathtub had hole in it. we were awoke at 1 am because of loud rap music, the room next to us had a guy who sat outside and smoked all the time. I have COPD an smoke came under the door. we got this room because it was close to our granddaughters and was not rated that badly. We were suppose to stay 3 nights, stayed 1 and ate the cost for the second night. They overcharged us when we checked in and the cost was not what the web site said when booked. Please go a few miles out of Trion and stay this place is not worth $20 a night let alone the $80 they charged us. I don't understand why cleaning a hotel room has to be such a big deal. Use a webster on the ceiling for heavens sake. We had to ask for a blanket because the bed had a very light thin sheet and cover that was like a hankerchief. I would like to give you something good about this place, but honestly I just cannot.

We checked in and I had company and they called the room and came knocking and said no company I’m giving you 5min notice and I’m going to call the police so the next day I check out because all kind of men was drinking outside and she didn’t say anything about that but because I had 3 people in my room she went off I’ll not stay there again..

The property was unkempt, dirty with open garbage containers at the front of the property. Several individuals were sitting on outside stairwells smoking and hanging out. The smell of cleaner was so intense it activated a sneezing sensation. The room itself was called the ‘Presidential Suite’. I sat on the toilet and it moved and slammed into the wall behind. The room looked neat but was dirty, the bathroom door had droplets that needed wiping- can only image what created it. I had to leave, could not stay in that hotel.

Close to hospital best staff on the planet needed to extend she got me extended and stayed in the same room. Best visit I’ve had in any hotel

First thing I noticed was that it was noisy and that management parked their personal vehicles, one under the canopy and the other in the handicap parking near the stairs. I stayed in one of the presidential suites. The toilet was so short that it appeared that it was meant for a child. I would not recommend this motel.

The toilet and bath tub wasn’t cleaned. The room was just plain dirty. The bedspread on one of the beds was bleached. The microwave had a large burn place on the front.

The staff was friendly.

Lady at the front desk gave us a key to a room that was already occupied, that situation could have turned out to be TERRIBLE, if my 6 year old and I had opened that door and the person inside had a weapon we could have been hurt badly! Towels and rags had stains on them, bedding had cigarette burns in them. Not clean at all!
