I was accused of stealing a blanket off the bed. When I left the room all blankets and towels were accounted for. Their cleaning staff watched me exit the room. I had a duffle bag which a blanket couldn’t even fit in. They called me and asked about the blanket I explained that everything was there when I left and the door was locked. I don’t want crappy hotel blankets. And the toilet had a nice rocking feature.

Rooms are dirty. Asked to make sure room was clean as previous stays room has been filthy. Was told I could go somewhere else if I wanted a cleaner room. Still came had to wait while they checked room. Room was not bad, better than before. Facility would be wonderful if it was cleaned properly and proper maintenance

I had booked my room late in the day before I arrived. I wanted a single suite unbeknownst to myself when I got in the room. It was a double suite which is not what I wanted. When I asked the front desk. She said they upgraded me because they didn’t have any single suites which seems weird considering I had booked it only 12 hours earlier The fireplace that I wanted to be in the living room was in one of the bedrooms when we tried to turn it on, there was no way to turn it on. I called the front desk. She had no answers and I had mentioned to her then that I was given the wrong room and she said oh we upgraded you well I didn’t ask for upgrade. Then the room that we were put in the bedroom windows were facing highway 63 as well there was construction happening right outside our window so all night we heard cars and vehicles driving past and then early in the morning construction beeps and bangs and sounds happened. The only positive was the underground parking.

Checking in was difficult because we couldn’t find the hotel where you check in - there were no signs on the building (they were installed a couple of days after we checked in).
You need to have a broom/dustpan in the kitchen and include another dish cloth and tea towel.

Decent, quiet stay.
The property was an older building converted to a long stay hotel. As such, some areas showed age and wear, like the elevator which clanked and banged around.
The rooms were fairly recently renovated and showed good care, aside from a few spots and stains in carpeted areas.
Beds were comfortable and showers ran hot.
My biggest complaint, which was echoed by another guest is the terrible mag swipe cards. I had to be try my card 15-20 times to get into the parkade and on one occasion I had to try it several times on the room door.

The unit was very spacious and the 2 bedrooms were nicely separated for occupant privacy.
Furnishings were comfortable and in good condition, and the unit was very quiet.
It would be nice to have more than 4 place settings of dinnerware. You don't want to run the dishwasher for a few plates and cups, so end up washing dishes by hand even with a machine in the unit.
And it would be nice to have info about basics in the unit: how to arrane for room cleaning, fresh towels, etc.
But small details aside, it was a great stay and it's on our short list for our next trip to FM.

It is great that the rooms offer a full kitchen, but don't expect the kitchen to be stocked with dishes or cookware for use! Our unit had 2 sets of dishes (plates, bowls, mugs cutlery), 1 pot and 1 pan. No baking sheets of any kind.
The cleanliness of the room was not good - found old toe nail clippings on the carpet, stains all over the couch, and when the bathtub was not draining and we pulled the plug out there was a mat of hair/scum in it!
Key cards also constantly demagnetized and created large inconvenience since the reception area that you need to go to get them recoded was at a sister hotel 1 block over.
