To call the hotel "bare bones" does an injustice to bones. Unwelcoming lobby. Small room, cheap furniture, no decoration. No coffee maker in room. No hot water, at least not at 5 AM -- should be available 24 hours a day. No clock. No telephone. Noisy in-wall heat pump. Not a pleasant experience.

This is a Bordertown. Douglas on US side and Agua Prieta on Mexico side. Douglas is like 17,000 people. AP is over 100,000. So the are is predominantly Hispanic. Which is very fine. My last of my friends are from Mexico. My lady is 50% Mexican and 50% Native American. So etbinity and eace mean nothing to me. I speak a little Spanish, if it's spoke slow enough I can understand what there saying but by no means am I bilingual. I am white. But here at the hotel. They don't know I understand enough Spanish to understand what is being said for the most part. You'd think that someone that is spending almost 2k on there stay would be greeted with kindness when seeing staff and not meant to feel like I am some kind of bother to them. Things have been said about me that aren't very nice. Then not knowing I know what they are saying. Not just here but at literally every business in town. I'm not mean so I ain't gonna call no one out and try and cost them there job. But this hotel staff needs understand it people are going through things everybody's got something they're going through like myself I'm going through one of the hardest times in my life I'm very depressed right now and what they say about me to each other is hurtful like I said I'm not going to point them out or call them out but they should really not saying stuff and when you're trying to talk to them about something and they ignore you away and make you feel like you're bothering them that hurts to

I have been visting this area for over 20 years. Motel 6 is the best option for the rate. We were Friday-Sunday. 1st room we checked into had hair all over the sink from someone who had just shaved. I tried to call the front desk but there was no cord on the phone to the jack. We got checked into a 2nd room, the bathroom floor was soaking wet because the cieling was leaking and burnt out the light. Again, I couldn't call the front desk because the phone didn't have a dial tone. We got changed to room a few doors down that had stained bedding.
This place is very old and needs some serious upgrades!! Pay extra to stay at the Gadsden!!! Never again. The pool is not heated!!

Staff at check in looked as if she woke up and went to work in her pjs. Then proceeded to tell me that I needed to look into getting a travel ID. I asked if it was hotel requirements she said no but that I needed to get one. She spoke to me very unprofessionally as if we were acquaintances.
The room did not have cold water at all and the hot water was scalding hot to the touch and no

Did not like anything! The property wasn’t for humans! The room was dirty and flu of living and dead flies!
总体来说,作为一晚的停留来说,还是不错的。
