I had to write this review. The date is not when I travelled. The date I travelled was 2004 . You maybe wondering why I'm doing this. I am currently on holiday in Greece as the country is my favourite destination. I've been to a lot of hotels . In 2004 our budget was very low . The hotel supposedly offered what we needed. Firstly it smelt and had dead bugs splattered all in the walk ways. The air conditioning was dangerous with wires hanging out which situated at the front of the apartment . The room was disgusting and we had flies in the room especially in the shower area which had no window . I then realised where the flies were come from it was the drain area of the shower. We told management and he sprayed the drain hole. The next morning we opened the door to what seemed like a million blue bottles . The facilities are shocking. We had bed and breakfast and my glass smelt of dirty fish cloth. They cannot change its location and the description does say this. My point I'm making all these years on and I am still reading these awful reviews. If you are on a budget that's fair enough BUT do not waste your money on this place. Cockroaches were also around. and when we mentioned this the owner she said " Are you a man or a mouse " . My husband is ex services so he's no pansy . Just don't bother. Tour operators should be ashamed of themselves to represent this establishment .Shame on you !!

The food is limited in choice but tasty, though a lot of the guests complained about it. The swimming pool is large, clean and mostly quite deep. The man who runs the pool bar was very helpful. However, there is a strong smell from the cesspit around the pool some evenings. One problem is the location. There is virtually nothing close except one small shop. The buses are cheap but it is a half-hour walk to the nearest bus stop, located on a busy dual carriageway that is very difficult to cross. At 5.00am during our last night, Reception telephoned to ask when we were checking out. We got up and he told us he had misread the dates. When we complained to the Manager, the story was changed and we were told that the airport had phoned. (Really?? A day before our flight was due to leave??) We had been to Reception several times to book a late checkout. Before we checked out, we reminded the Manager of our late checkout and were told this was fine. However, when we checked out at 11.00 suddenly there were no rooms. The Manager disappeared and never came back. We had to wait in Reception or outside from 11.00am until 1.00 the next morning. Food or drink would cost the full late room fee of 20 euros each (without the room). As we arrived on the first day at 3.00am so had a day less at the hotel, we felt this was petty. During the 14 hour wait, we were bitten extensively by the jumping insects that infest the sunbeds. We will certainly not be going back.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Good location, close to beautiful places by car. Tasty food, good drinks by the pool. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful, well-keept garden. Very close to a beautiful beach. Very nice and smiling employees. Thank you : )

Position of hotel is far from restaurants and 10 min to the beach , one that is not proper maintained , 2.5 km from center of Afandou , Food very poor and every day same dishes , pool is good , all inclusive cannot be named like this , rooms are very poor without free air conditioning poor isolated so we sleep when others willed

Thank you sivila hotel for the nice holidays we had a great time all my family good staff nice food clean beautiful beach we will be very happy if we can came also next year we will miss the nice food

I was in this hotel in June. very quiet hotel, ideal for those who want to relax. it is close to the beach. If you want to explore, it's worth renting a car. all the staff very nice especially the bartender Claudio who made very good drinks

Was a last minute choice but was not as advertised on website stating entertainment ? None all inclusive drinks? It was a hit or a miss if you got was ordered as run out of things whisky rum was then offered gin ? The person in company did not like gin that was two nights in a row then another of the party went and asked for whisky and as if by magic it appeared no lounge area to sit of an evening had to just sit at dinner tables a spa not even in sight ! A fitness centre? Have yet to see it the hotel was certainly clean very basic food was not enjoyable at all in the week I had one meal that I completed. All very bland and repetitive very poor choice staff were friendly but obviously very tired from the long hours worked as location is a peaceful one at least entertainment would have kept you there of an evening but no after paying for all inclusive having to eat out and most times a taxi which tends to be very expensive defeats the purpose of all inclusive. The manager was advised of some of the guests dissatisfaction but no resolution Beautiful area beautiful local residents friendly and inviting all spoiled by the fact that at the moment how this hotel is being run it may as well be a blot on the landscape. Some tour companies should remove this hotel from their holiday list until it shapes up it is only 3 star so was not looking for gourmet cuisine but I was looking for what it said on the packet as stated entertainment, spa, fitness centre figment of someone’s imagine be honest or customers will go and not come back As said would return to the area as was lovely but hotel never as said not a criticism of the staff but certainly the management are slacking. I will also be notifying my booking agent as this is certainly way overpriced we’ll certainly my deal was for a week £728 all inclusive and 5 out of the 7 going out of an evening to enjoy so taxis and food . No bar snacks either nothing at all at the pool area totally abysmal I returned in the early hours of this morning if it had not have been for some good company met the week would have been a total waste of money Jan Scotland

I highly recommend this hotel. I am very positively surprised. The service here is top notch. The bartender named Klaudjon is the right person in the right place. He is very helpful to tourists and keeps the kitchen tidy. It is obvious that he tries very hard and does his job with commitment. He is very honest and can be trusted. He’s a professional. The hotel is very clean and has a great selection of delicious food and drinks. I enjoyed it very much and will definitely come back here again 😊🥰
糟糕的酒店；房间照片和实际不符。非常脏；我不得不重新铺了好几次床。清洁度很差。浴室又小又旧，甚至没有通风设备。水很容易用完。空调老旧，性能不足。我自己清洗了过滤器；我觉得它们以前从未被清洗过。床没有弹簧，只有松散的木板。最后，我妻子一些价值不菲的个人物品不见了。
房间脏乱不堪，床单一周都没换过，毛巾也从没换过。浴室水龙头破旧不堪，没有坐浴盆，只有塑料浴帘。食物更是糟糕透顶：每天都一样，白米饭、白面条，两碗，一碗番茄酱，一碗肉酱，而且永远都是鸡翅作为第二道菜。早餐是西葫芦、西红柿和沙拉，午餐和晚餐也一样。连个羊角面包都没见过。员工态度粗鲁，令人厌烦。这是我疫情后的第一次旅行，真是浪费钱。这家酒店明天早上就应该关门大吉。千万别去！！！
