I had to kill 5 roaches. They tried to offer another room. If roaches are in one room they're in all of them. Very nasty!! I want my money back and will NEVER stay again

This property had a bunch of roaches they didn't respond to my agent requesting a refund due to the property not keeping their promise on the cleanliness of the rooms along with photo proof their avoiding all accountability I'll run this issue up to cooperate next.
