酒店回复: Sorry that your stay was interrupted by the busted water pipe leading into the room. Thank you for bringing the situation (no water pressure) to our attention but unfortunately once the plumber looked at it and found there was a water leak, and the water had to be turned off, we were unable to have you stay in the room for the remainder of your stay. As you are aware, we were completely sold-out so we were unable to move you into another room on property. Once we explained the situation to you, we asked ******* (who you booked with) to help you find alternate accommodations. Again, sorry for the unavoidable situation that affected your stay.

Awful! The photos DO NOT reflect the actual condition of the property. I read the reviews before booking this place so I was shocked that I found this hotel was the opposite of what reviews said. Leaves me feeling that I cannot trust reviews.
The homes across the streets all had bars on the windows and even windows on the hotel room they booked us in had bars! The furniture was dirty and dilapidated, many items in disrepair, ceiling fan broken, shower rod falling down, mini blinds shabby, wooden floor had holes in it. I was so upset with the room, felt completely mislead, but because I booked through a “ third party” they couldn’t guarantee I could get my money back. I basically had the choice to forfeit my $240 or stay in an unsatisfactory hotel. I took the chance and left there and booked a different hotel for the night.
Upon returning home I called ******* and they agreed to refund my money due to the disappointment I experienced. I cannot recommend this hotel to others however ******* made it right by refunding my money.

Loved it
This place was sooo beautiful and historical. It was located just a couple of blocks from Old Town and was an enjoyable walk to get there. Stores and resturants galore.
We got a room with a indoor hot tub and enjoyed a nice quite event in after our exploring. Room is comfortable with an old charm with new items. The only true thing we didnt like here is the bed. It was too hard for us but everybody is different when it comes to firmness. But the made to order breakfast made it better in the morning. We will definitely be back in the future.

It was amazing. Great staff. Chrissy was so friendly and sweet. Beautiful, relaxing and So peaceful. I am so glad we decided to stay there. You will not regret it.

Great historic property across the street from Old Town. Beautiful grounds which include 2 wonderful hot tubs. Complimentary made to order breakfast is a very nice touch! Would highly recommend!

中途要求退房，没有任何通知，而且该地区没有房间，尽管他们想要做的管道维修可以等到一天。没有经理上线，也没有报销造成的困难。而且他们收取的费用与更好的酒店相同。
