Everything was just as it should be, which isnt always the case these days. I would have liked an alarm clock in the room, but that is so minor. Clean, well maintained, and friendly hotel.

The location of the property is good. The staff was excellent. The cleanliness in general was pretty good. The shower had very little water pressure and within five hours of checking in I took my shoes off and realized the floor was really wet and soggy and had a really bad odor

Pretty Good Place to Stay
There was no elevator but the view outside our first floor wind was not the parking lot but plants and trees. The breakfast was ok and the coffee was probably brewed.

I would rate this whole experience as excellent if it wasn't for an experience we had with our room. We had been checked in for about an hour and a half, resting before we got ready to attend an event, when someone opened our door & started to come in. About 10 min. later, the desk clerk came to our door and said that someone else had requested this room (online?), as it was larger, and they asked us to move to a different room. We really weren't given an option and were consequently moved to a smaller room. No compensation or options were given to us. As it was our anniversary celebration that I had booked 4 months in advance, it was very disappointing. I felt they could have done better!

Nice pool area. Overall the smell in the common areas was very strong-like air freshener or cleaner. There was a big bald patch in our carpet and the room smelled musty and kind of damp.
