Some staff I encountered with where rude but not all I saw some smiles of some staff which made me stay the 4 days I had book. Their attitude was not going to affect my stay in San Angelo visiting my daughter.

Room could use updating, the bathtub had a crack in it. Room was clean.

Staff was very friendly.

We saw a mouse in the atrium area, and my 10 month old found a small dead bug and tried to eat it. I'm not afraid of mice or bugs but professional exterminators could be of use.

Pool was nice and warm.

I wish you would allow food in the atrium when the restaurant is not open, or make the hours of the restaurants longer and open earlier.

This was the perfect stay for our girls trip with a mom, daughter and grandma. The hotel is nice and clean, but if you were looking for something new and fancy, this is probably not the place for you. The staff was super friendly and we felt very safe the entire time even though the parking area was a bit dark. Check-in was super easy and when we got to our room, we realized the AC unit was not working so we called the front desk and they came almost immediately and replaced the batteries in our remote control for it and that fixed the issue. The pool was awesome and the play area was great although we stayed in the middle of the week and there weren’t many kids there. There was just a few kids and that was perfect because we had it almost all to ourselves. The area was good and nearby several things that we wanted to do including the downtown area that had some great places to eat. The room was comfortable and clean and overall we had a great great stay..

A great location for people with children and/or pets. Plenty of activities on the property for fun. On the Concho river. If traveling alone, and need quiet, this is not a place for you to stay, as music is played at a high volume until 10 pm ot later .
