The room was OK except the shower was nasty. It had mold all in it. I showed photos to the front desk. Also, the shower door would only close about 80% closed. And, the safe locked up and would not open. Security could not open it with their passcode. We had to wait until after 11 pm for facilities to come and take the door off to get our things out of safe. They declared it dead and would need to be replaced.

非常令人失望的一次住宿。
公共区域无人打理，垃圾桶满了出来，地板很脏，明显没有维护。中途还一度没有热水。整个入住期间，客房服务完全缺位，房间也没有打扫。总的来说，这种基本服务和清洁的缺失让住宿体验非常不愉快。
我丈夫和我在Ameristar预订了豪华特大号床房，但入住后我发现房间里的家具很不干净，又旧又脏，上面还有污渍。地毯看起来像好几年没清理过了。房间里有股难闻的气味，只有浴室还算可以。我以前住过几次Ameristar，但说实话，这是我住过最差的一次。Ameristar，请做得更好一些吧！
