The hotel has a horrible smell, the bathroom is very dirty, and there isn't even a shower curtain to take a shower. The beds are old, and the hotel is generally poorly maintained and old.

Hotel is close to the NMSU campus which is why we stayed there. However there was not a front desk attendant available at anytime without calling for someone. There was no check out service. I had to call to turn in keys and there was no reciept. Apparently their front desk doesn’t open til 9 am. Lots of strange people lurching around the front of the property and just creepy vibes in general. Does not serve breakfast or have coffee. If looking for a quick cheap place it’s okay.

I did not like anything about this place. They don’t offer continental breakfast. They don’t have maid service. The phone didn’t work. The air conditioner broke the first night very bad place.

This property needs complete refurbishing. It is not like I remember Extended Stay properties to be. The bed was comfortable enough but was a metal bed frame, maybe fold-up? The bathroom faucets are grimy and stained. No breakfast. Time-consuming internet access.
